Q: What is a FAQ?
A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q: What type events will you perform at?
A: Events that are free of smoke, loud noises, or other enviornmentally unsafe substances. Storytelling, workshops, and public speaking require a quiet, safe place.
Q: Will you perform out doors?
A: Yes, if there is a sound system and seats for the audience to sit or a grassy knoll.
Q: What is the length of your storytelling performances?
A: They vary from twenty (20) minutes to one hour or longer. It's your program and budget.
Q: Do you require audio equipment?
A: Sometimes I use a recorded background on a CD or tape, so a player is needed. I prefer a lavaliere microphone if room acoustics require amplification. Sound and technical equipment are to be provided by the contractor.
Q: Who is responsible for media coverage?
A: You, the contractor. Whether the general public is invited to attend or you have a private event, it is critical for press or marketing materials to be circulated at least four weeks in advance of the event.
Q: Do you travel away from your home city, Tucson, AZ?
A: Yes. I travel internationally. Book me in Business Class for long-distance travel (4+ hours).
Q: Is per diem included in my contract?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A fifty percent deposit is required thirty days prior to the event.
